Shaun and Jon (DJ HydeVybz) first met while DJing at a local nightclub, and from the very first set it was clear there was a natural connection. Sharing the same passion for music and even the same football team – West Ham – their bond quickly grew into a strong friendship. It wasn’t long before the idea of working together became obvious: combine their experience, creativity and love for music into something bigger.
That’s how Good Vibes Only was created – a DJ partnership built on friendship, passion, and the belief that every event should be filled with great music and great energy.
With over 50 years of combined experience in DJing, songwriting and production, Shaun and Jon have performed across weddings, birthdays, private parties, clubs, corporate events and festivals. Their different strengths make them the perfect duo: Shaun bringing high-energy DJ sets that light up a dance floor, and Jon adding his songwriting expertise and deep love of reggae, R&B and multi-genre music. Together, they create a unique balance that works for every crowd.

We know that music is the heart of any event, and hiring the right DJ is key to making the night memorable. That’s why we are completely flexible and work around your needs. Whatever genre you want – from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, to today’s chart hits – we can play it.
If you have specific songs or a playlist in mind, we can work with that too. You can create your own playlist and send it over, or we can collaborate to build the perfect mix for your event. Whatever you want, we’ll make it happen – you tell us the music, and we bring it to life.
